CIAO would like to thank all those who attended our annual Golf Outing.  What a great turn out of over 70 golfers.  That’s a lot of golfers.  The games were great, the food was great and most of all the company was fantastic.  Thanks to Egidio Turano and his committee for putting this event together.  We look forward to it every year.

 

About two hundred people attended our Grand Raffle Pig Roast and BBQ outing. It was a fantastic turn out.  The committee put together a fantastic evening of food, split the pot and the three grand prizes.  Congratulations to all the winners.  As you all know this was our annual fundraiser for our scholarship and CIAO would like to give a very special thank you to JoAnn Serpico, Mary DeSanto, Rosemarie Caiafa, Albert Belmonte, Frank Salerno, and all the committee members who put all their hard work into this very successful and special event. 

 

Upcoming Events

August 7th – 9th is the La Festa Della Famiglia – San Francesco di Paola.  What better way is there to spend with your friends and family while enjoying the greatest traditions of our culture and heritage.  Don’t miss out on the memorable moments of the procession in honor of San Francesco and all the wonderful entertainment and festivities of this 3 day event.

 

It’s that time of year again!  On Tuesday, September 1st, we will be holding Nomination Night/General Meeting.  If you or anyone you know would like to participate as a board member please contact Joe Russo for more information.

CIAO would like to send our deepest condolences to the family of Tony and Anita Spina on the passing of Anita’s mother, Catherine DiOrio.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.  To report incidents of care and concern about our club members, please contact our board member Rosemarie Caiafa. Please note that we only report births, deaths and concern of health.
